Before the coaching, before I started my businesses, before having a top-rated gay podcast, I was a step away from living on the street.
Picture this:
It’s 2014. I have less than a few hundred dollars in my bank account and the rent is almost due. I’m living in a new city, I have no job, no support, and no idea what I’m going to do.

“Who do you think you are starting your own business!? How DARE you think you’re good enough!” (can you relate?)
We now live in an era where mental health is at the forefront of a lot of people’s minds.
I used to try and hustle for my worthiness, pretending that if only I did *that thing* or got *that client* then my life would magically all fall perfectly into place.
Yeah, no. That’s not how it works.
Once I realized that I couldn’t ignore the mental health side of my life while building my online business, everything started to improve.
I got a therapist. I started a gratitude journal. I got back into meditating daily.
And I made myself take evenings and weekends off…
The last one was the hardest to do. I was convinced that I had to keep burning the midnight oil if I was going to be successful because that’s what so many entrepreneurs say you have to do in order to become successful.
But I didn’t want to be like everyone else.
The reason I wanted to have my own online business is so that I could live life on my terms and actually enjoy it!
Once I gave myself the space to be both a business owner AND to enjoy life, I noticed clients started to come knocking.
I honestly believe that the energy we put out there is what we get in return, and before my self-care practice I was putting out some seriously frantic vibes.
Now, I get to enjoy a well-rounded lifestyle while doing what I love, helping entrepreneurs, influencers, and business owners build profitable online businesses that run practically on automation while also making sure they’re taking care of their mental health.
Your business will only be able to grow if you do.
Everyone’s journey as an entrepreneur and business owner looks different and you should build a business that works for YOU.
Some people like to go fast. Some people like to go slow.
Some people have a lot of ideas, and others might have nothing but a burning desire to be their own boss.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help.
If you’re up for it, I’d love to guide you using the roadmap I created for building a successful online business.
Being your own boss doesn’t have to be a scary thing and you don’t have to do it all alone.
Whenever you’re ready, book a discovery call to see if working together is right for you and your business.
